Begin with a workspace and environment
Sign in to the Kastra application, select the workspace, and check the environment before performing an administrative action. Navigation adapts to the workspace’s integrations, permissions, and feature state.

Distinguish the views
Approvals → Pending contains the human checkpoint workflow; Approvals → History provides the hold review/refinement workflow. Activity uses the /events application route. These are authenticated areas at your console origin. Public documentation is served separately at docs.kastra.ai, with guide routes at the site root.
Verify the feature you need
A visible page is not proof of runtime coverage, and a hidden navigation item is not proof that a backend capability is absent. Use the relevant guide, effective entitlement, and a safe test action to confirm behavior. First workflow.
